"contact-portland-1-v1.dat" is an EpiSims output representing
the static person-person contact graph, including
the ad-hoc EpiSims sublocation model. That is,
people who are co-located according to the 
"sched_3.2" file may not have an edge between them
in this graph, because they may have been assigned 
to different sublocations.

The first line gives a person's id in the first column
and the number of contacts that person has in the second column.
For each of those contacts, there follows one line 
(indented by a tab character) with a person's id, the number
of hours (out of 24) of contact, and the activity type
for the contact. Note that two people may be connected by 
more than one edge if they share several activity types.

*NOTE* There seems to be some slight inconsistancies in the contact
 length between the activity file and the contacxt file.  We are
 investigating this, and will publish a new data sedt when we figure
