"dendro_3.2" retraces the path of a disease outbreak
from a set of 100 initially infected individuals
(listed in the file "infected" in this directory). 
When any person is infected during the EpiSims simulation,
we record the ids of all the currently infectious 
people in the same sublocation. We also assign a 
"generation number" to the newly infected person that 
is one more than the minimum generation number among
the infectious people at that location.

Column 1 is the infected person's id.
Column 2 is a time stamp [h][h]hh:mm:ss relative to the
beginning of the simulation
Column 3 is a location id where the transmission occurred
Column 4 is the "generation number" assigned to the infected person.
Column 5 is the number of infectious people present at the
sublocation when the infection occurred.
Column(s) 6 to 6 + column 5 - 1 are the ids of the infectious
people present
