"dendro_3.2" retraces the path of a disease outbreak
from a set of 100 initially infected individuals
(listed in the file "infected" in this directory). 

There are a total of 150 dendrogram files.  The names are all of the
format dendro_portland_<inf>_<vac>-<n>.dat
Where <inf> is one of: high, med, low, 
<vac> is one of: none, rand5, rand30, degree5, degree30
<n> is a replication number 0 through 9
The meaning of these can be found in the technical report

Each line has the following fields:
Infected Id - Person Id of infected person
Day of Infection - Day on which the infection takes place
Location Id - Location at which the infection takes place
Sublocation Id - Sublocation at which the infection takes palce
Generation - Generation of the infection (one greater that generation
           of parent)
Parent Id - Person who caused the infection
