Ashwin Aji
Graduate student at Computer Science Department at Virginia Tech.He is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science with an anticipated graduation date of May, 2013.
Research Interests and Current Projects
- Ashwin's research interests broadly falls under the category of High Performance Computing and Emerging Parallel Architectures (for example: Cell Broadband Engine and GPGPU). Specifically, he is interested in implementing, optimizing and modeling algorithms on emerging parallel environments.
- He will be working on porting EpiSimdemics to a GPGPU architecture with his mentor, Keith Bisset.
